Payment Methods

Making your purchase at "SillyFilly.co.uk" is very quick and very secure with Paypal. All major credit and debit cards are accepted and you don't need to have a paypal account.

To shop online just choose your design and the quantity then click Add to Basket. You can now either make amendments to the quantity, Checkout or Continue Shopping. Please note when you click Continue Shopping a box may appear stating that 'the webpage is trying to close this window', just click Yes. Your basket is saved and perfectly safe and you can now continue shopping. To view your basket contents at any time just click the View Cart link below the menu.

Orders are also welcome by email.

Please email me at info@sillyfilly.co.uk. Payment is required by cheque. No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery Charges

The UK postage and packing charges as follows:

£0.60 per order up to £4.00
£1.00 per order up to £7.50
£1.50 per order up to £15.00
£3.00 per order up to £25.00
£9.00 per order up to £50.00

All items are securely packaged. All cards will be posted first class but I cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave my care.

You are responsible for checking that you have supplied the correct delivery details to us - we are not in any way held responsible if your package does not arrive due to you having supplied incorrect delivery details.

I aim to have all purchases dispatched within 5 working days of your order and payment being received. Any delays due to stock levels or unforseen circumstances will be notified by email.

International Shipping

Overseas orders are very welcome, however, prior to placing your order please email me for a postage quotation.

General Information

I am able to customise any of the cards so just contact me if you want something specific!

The cards which are supplied with appropriate envelopes are presented in clear cellophane bags to keep them clean.

All cards are from original watercolours by Kate Todd.

Returns

If you are not completely satisifed with an item then you may return it within seven days of receipt. Please return the item in its original packaging. When I have received it a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued via paypal unless otherwise arranged. No postage charges will be refunded. Items made to your own specification are non refundable.
